I’ really glad you found her in a reasonable condition under the circumstances. When you thought she was lost I have to admit that one of my thoughts was “Wow, that Bradford really takes this ‘How not to sail’ thing very seriously. Taking it as far as losing his boat so he can’t sail.”
That was in such poor taste that I kept the thought locked away and didn’t let it out of my mouth.
I had happy tears for you during the episode that they towed her back in for you.
Thanks so much, Scott!! There was indeed much needling of me, along the lines of “Man, that was quite an elaborate plan to come up with some podcast material!” I was flabbergasted when I got the voice mail from the Coast Guard that she’d been found. I’m actually planning to make a little cruise here shortly…but this pesky storm Melissa is keeping things interesting. (I am not just gonna jump down there this time, though…a reasonable forecast must obtain!)
