Haven’t heard Season One yet?
As I mentioned in the podcast, you can enjoy any episode ya like, but I highly recommend starting with Episode 1.
You can listen to every episode HERE.
As promised, here are some of my favorite sailing books.
(And if you want to check out How Not To Sail, I won’t be mad at that, either…)
So here links to the books I mentioned in the video. I’m linking to the paperback or hardcovers since this video is about gifts, but you can always choose “Kindle” if you like that better!

And if you like Action/Adventure fiction with a salty twist, check these out!
Well, given that is says the PC requirements are “Windows 2000/XP/Vista” and the homepage says “©2011,” I’m not sure this simulator/game is up to date. And I don’t have Windows handy at the moment to see if it works…but it was a really cool sailing sim and game back when I was using it.
[UPDATE: I do see what looks like some YouTube activity with this game as recently as 2019, so I hope it’s still alive.]
So if you get it to work (especially on a recent version of Windows), let me know in the comments below! (Ditto if you have any news why it doesn’t seem to have been updated.)
The download is an .exe, so obviously scan it with an antivirus before installing…the site still seems legit to me and has an https certificate, but a sailor should always be prudent!
